Suspension of Administrative System Services
This is an important notice for the unavailable of the administrative system – Human Resources Management System (HRMS). The HRMS will be unavailable on 27th December 2025 (Saturday), from 9:00am to 5:00pm, for undergo technical upgrade at the server level.
During this period, the following systems/services will be inaccessible,

- Employee Self Service (e.g. Payroll & Tax documents, personal/employment records)

- Student Award System
- Position Management System
- Premise Analysis System
- HR Worklist
- HRMS Staff Support System
- HKUST Staff App (only the below App services are available)
- Activate EV Charger
- Door Lock QR code
- HKUST Visitor Vehicle Pre-Registration Form
- All functions in Campus and Learning
- Centralized Training Administration System
- Research Output System
- Enterprise Content Management
- Flow Portal (e-Form, only the below e-Form is available)
