Suspension of Administrative System Services

This is an important notice for the unavailable of the administrative system – Student Information System (SIS).  The SIS will be unavailable on 3rd January 2026 (Saturday), from 9:00am to 5:00pm, for undergo technical upgrade at the server level.

During this period, the following systems/services will be inaccessible,

  • RPg Progress Tracking
  • Student Information System
  • Flow Portal (e-Form, only the below e-Form is available)
    HKUST Visitor Vehicle Pre-Registration Form 

and any other related systems/services.
