Suspension of Administrative System Services

This is an important notice for the unavailable of the administrative system – Human Resources Management System (HRMS).  The HRMS will be unavailable on 27th December 2025 (Saturday), from 9:00am to 5:00pm, for undergo technical upgrade at the server level.

During this period, the following systems/services will be inaccessible,

  • Manager Self Service (e.g. Recruitment Services for Hiring Managers)
  • Employee Self Service (e.g. Payroll & Tax documents, personal/employment records) 
  • Careers at HKUST Job Application system
  • RPG Progress Tracking
  • Online Leave system
  • Staff Account Association
  • Faculty Online Reporting System
  • Student Helper Engagement and Timesheet System
  • Student Award System
  • Position Management System
  • Premise Analysis System
  • HR Worklist
  • HRMS Staff Support System 
  • HKUST Staff App (only the below App services are available)
    1. Activate EV Charger
    2. Door Lock QR code
    3. HKUST Visitor Vehicle Pre-Registration Form
    4. All functions in Campus and Learning
  • Centralized Training Administration System
  • Research Output System
  • Enterprise Content Management
  • Flow Portal (e-Form, only the below e-Form is available)
